Melanie Parker runs Graft Talent, a digital and Tech recruitment business in Leeds. Melanie spent 28 years in recruitment in total and spent some time working for Corporates and SMEs before she worked at Leeds Beckett University for 10 years, helping early talent into careers and then set up Graft, her own Agency.
