madeby.studio are a people-centric digital agency that believes in using the latest in emerging technology to create innovative solutions that help to make the world a better place. They develop websites, applications and digital strategies using data tracking and KPIs to increase revenue, drive growth and connect their clients with their customers on a deeper level.
The company was founded by Sam Taylor and Matt Wheeler in 2019. They met while studying Graphic Design at the University of Leeds and shared a passion for improving creative design and development. This relationship then led to working with clients on improving their digital presence across the construction, healthcare and education industries. What began as a ‘full service agency’ has now niched down into a digital development service. madeby.studio has grown into an enthusiastic team of UI/UX and development specialists, so working with online platforms became the agency's lifeblood.
The team work with people-centric, innovative businesses that care about the environment. Mental health and well-being are a priority for the studio, working a 4-day week and having regular team outings and making sure they’re being as sustainable as possible.
madeby.studio have developed digital solutions for a range of businesses, from local charities to global construction companies. Their clients include Vinci, Lacoste, JD, Berghaus, Coloplast and the University of Leeds.
Their hopes for the business are to steadily grow the studio to become a network of creative thinkers that love pushing the boundaries of design and development. They want to maintain a collaborative culture that delivers results and allows them to continue working with industry-leading clients.
madeby.studio heard about LCVS from another business that was already in the space. They soon found out more about the ethos of LCVS and wanted to be part of the amazing space at Dock Street. The opportunity to have a central office space at an affordable rate was pivotal in the startup phase of madeby.studio. Along the way, they have made friends and associates and worked with a lot of the other businesses at Dock Street - a great community, with great people that really care about what they do.
